I purchased this tree last year after Christmas, so it was about 11 months before I actually opened the box and looked at it. Before purchasing, I researched trees for weeks, and liked the look of the downturned branches (shown in one of the pictures). As someone above stated, they are not downturned. However, if you play with the branches you can achieve that look. That’s what I did. It took a little longer to do, but I was quite pleased with the results and it shows that this is a versatile tree – maybe I want an upturned look next year. We’ll see! I didn’t realize when I purchased the tree that it was GKI/Bethlehem, what a treat when I saw the tag, as they are a reputable company for quality Christmas lighting. Overall, I am very pleased with my tree and received numerous compliments, this year. It makes me wish the season lasted a little longer.

GKI Bethlehem has great customer service. I had to call on a wrong middle section in my box too. I called the toll free number (800)248-1434 for GKI cutomer service. They sent me out a new middle (the correct size one) right away and I didn’t have to pay for any shipping. It came right to my door. Now all I have to do is dispose of the wrong middle section (A bit of a bummer as it’s perfectly fine). I thought GKI’s customer service was great. All you have to do is tell them that you bought in on Amazon.com and it’s taken care of. I was really impressed with the service I got. BTW I am giving this 5 stars as the tree is gorgeous!

This is one gorgeous tree. Heavy to assemble when you’re alone two people would be easier but I did it myself. Looks A+++

This is by far the best bargain I have made! Delivered just in time for the holidays for $ 0.01!!! With its 1000 lights it would even not need any ornaments. But the glass ones that I have just reflect beautifully the lights of this nature-like tree.

This tree is realistic in quality. The branches are full, and the light spacing is superb. I can’t wait to decorate this tree next Christmas. Totally worth every penny!

This is a beautiful tree that I would certainly recommend to anyone. It has very realistic looking branches, that look especially amazing when lit up at night, with the many, well spaced lights. The inner part of the branches on this tree are the typical artificial tree material, but the outer tips of the branches are made with a different plastic material that looks extremely nice. There are a few drawbacks we have found with the 9′ tree, none of which make me regret this tree whatsoever. First, it comes in four hinged sections which make assembly very quick, but the bottom sections can be pretty heavy and need to be aligned just right to slide together. It can be done with only one person, but it does require some strength to do. Another thing that could be improved with the tree is the number of plugs for the lights. There are a surprising number that must be plugged in separately, which can look a little funny, but you can usually manage to get them all hid pretty well in the back. The only other problem we’ve had is with the outer plastic branch tips, as some of them seem to fall off pretty easily. We’ve lost quite a few the first two years, but not nearly enough to affect the appearance of the tree. These are all things we can certainly deal with, as we are absolutely in love with this tree, especially considering the great deal we got on Amazon!
